Trüffel

Vor allem zu jungen Bordeaux Weinen passt helles bis zartrosa Schweinefleisch. Gleich ob Schweinelendchen, Filet oder Medaillons – der Bordeaux harmoniert mit jedem Gericht vom Schwein, solange das Fleisch hochwertig ist. Ausgezeichnet schmeckt der Wein zu Schweinemedaillons in Thymianbutter.
